Abstract
The thesis presents di erent methods to define the modulation transfer function (MTF) of digital cameras. The proposed methods are fourier transformation, phase shift algorithm, histogram analysis and t-method. Finally all methods are compared with each other. A software tool allows an automatic analysis.
