Professional image quality analysis
The iQ-Analyzer is an image quality analysis software that evaluates digital images and video frames using specific test charts. It is currently available in version 6 and has become one of the world’s leading softwares for image quality analysis of a camera system. It has been developed to be best utilized in combination with our various camera test charts and illumination devices.
Currently, eight separate modules are available for analysis including resolution, color, OECF, distortion, flare, shading, histogram, and UTT. Each module will present a clear idea on how well your camera system is performing in the given area or whether further development is required.
Modules can be purchased together or sold separately; please contact us for consultation on what is best for your analysis.
The iQ-Analyzer is regularly updated and improved for user ability and performance. Please make sure to check the download section below for the most recent updates.
To further enhance your testing and analysis, we offer a maintenance program (the first year is included) that provides you with unlimited support and monthly webinars with our engineers.

Please note:
At this time, iQ-Analyzer is not entirely compatible with macOS 10.12 "Sierra".
If you are using a Mac version of iQ-Analyzer, we recommend that you do not upgrade to macOS 10.12 until a solution becomes available.

We do not offer upgrade versions of our software. Everybody who wants to get an upgrade version of the Analyzer has to be part of our software maintenance program that needs to be purchased together with the software (if ordered separately it needs to be ordered no later than six weeks after the delivery of the software). If you wish to continue to be a part of the program, then an annual fee will be charged.
There are two levels of the Maintenance Program.
Standard maintenance
Free Standard Maintenace membership is included with every iQ-Analyzer V6 during the first year with no automatic extension.
It includes telephone and e-mail support as well as the attendance to regularly scheduled training webinars. Also included is the design of a layout and reference data of one optional "custom-made chart" per year by Image Engineering.
Advanced maintenance
The Advanced Maintenance Program includes the same services as the standard program, while also containing the data for up to five custom-made charts per year that can be transformed into chart layout files for the analysis.
Furthermore, we will measure up to five charts individually in our labs (without shipping costs; depending on the chart type, the densities or Lab values will be measured). A two days training course with customer-specific content (either online, at Image Engineering or at the customers' location, when the travel and accommodation expenses are covered by the customer) is also included.
